All under one roof, you can find in-house barista coffee at The Coffee Dock, Fawn, Dublin’s exciting new dining spot and The Bar, perfect for celebrating or socialising with friends, family or colleagues while you’re staying in The Chancery. At Fawn, we’re proud to plate up food worth staying in for. Inspired by our location in Dublin’s 19th century Italian quarter the kitchen will be sending out seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes and crowd-pleasers in a stylishly relaxed setting.

The Bar

Hang out is something that you’ll very much want to do at Bar at the Chancery. We take our cocktail programme seriously – down to making all of our syrups in-house. Expect bespoke creations alongside assiduously mixed classics, all served in a cool, contemporary space by our friendly mixologists.

If martinis are not your thing you’ll also find a tightly curated wine list (with an Italian slant) and a range of great local beers on tap. Chin-chin!
