Roe & Co Distillery: Sip, Savor, and Explore

The current Roe & Co Distillery opened in 2019 on the site of the original 19th distillery of George Roe and family. The new distillery is housed in the historic Guinness Power Station and features some really impressive design inside and out.
There are occasional pop-up food events over the Summer months so make sure to check their website to see what’s happening. There are, of course, a variety of tours and tastings, and you can also enjoy some great cocktails at the Powerhouse Bar. A nice end point to a meander through the streets of The Liberties on your way from The Chancery Hotel – or a short cab ride.
