Dining at Fawn
At the heart of our food and beverage offering is Fawn, a bright, airy new bistro serving ingredient-driven, seasonal dishes. The restaurant is all about showcasing the best of Irish produce but you might detect an Italian accent here and there.
Fawn at The Chancery will open for breakfast and dinner at the following times.
Breakfast
Tuesday to Friday; 7.00 am to 10.30 am.
Saturday 7.00 am to 11.00 am.
Dinner
Tuesday to Saturday: 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm
At breakfast, guests can enjoy not only a traditional spread of hot favourites but also a lighter, healthier buffet featuring house-made granola, steel-cut oats, fresh fruit, and yoghurt. Gluten-free and vegan options will also be available. Plus, our skilled baristas will craft coffee using sustainably sourced beans.

Fawn Restaurant occupies a bright, light-filled space overlooking a lush, stepped terrace verdant with ferns, mosses and heathers. You and your guests can enjoy a dining experience that will be soundtracked by the gentle trickling of the water in the walled Poddle Garden.
